Les contractions musculaires se sentent bien, et comme j’ai des éléments métalliques sur les dents, je ressens parfois une gêne à cet endroit. Pour l’instant je l’utilise deux fois par semaine, parfois moins. Je vois un effet: la zone nasogénienne paraît moins marquée et les joues plus fermes, mais il me faut plus de régularité.

Herumlaufen kann ich damit nicht, also sitze ich und halte sie am Kinn etwas fest.
