Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This promotion is organised by Exclusive Cosmetics and is valid only for purchases made through the official European online store during the promotional period.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 1 April 2026, 00:00 CET until 30 May 2026, 23:59 CET, unless ended earlier due to stock limitations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

3. Eligibility

The promotion applies only to eligible orders placed and completed during the promotional period. The qualifying threshold is calculated based on the final cart total after discounts.

4. Gift Selection

Customers may select one gift only from the applicable gift tier based on the final qualifying order amount.

If no gift is selected, or if the selected gift is unavailable, the organiser reserves the right to provide an alternative gift of the same tier or similar value.

5. Non-Cumulative Offer

Only one promotional gift may be claimed per order. Gift tiers do not accumulate.

For example, an order qualifying for the €200+ tier receives one gift from that tier only and does not receive gifts from the lower tiers.

6. Non-Combination with Other Promotions

This promotion cannot be combined with other gift-with-purchase campaigns, voucher-based gift offers, or other promotional mechanics, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any discounts, voucher codes, or promotional price reductions applied to the order may affect the final qualifying amount, as the threshold is always calculated after discounts.

7. One Order = One Qualification

Each order is assessed individually. Separate orders cannot be combined to reach a higher gift tier.

8. Availability

All promotional gifts are offered while stocks last. The organiser reserves the right to replace any listed gift with another item or set of equal or similar value if a gift becomes unavailable.

9. No Cash Alternative

Promotional gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products, except at the organiser’s sole discretion where required.

10. Right to Amend or Withdraw

The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary, including in cases of stock limitations, technical issues, abuse, force majeure, or other operational reasons.

11. Final Interpretation

The organiser’s decision regarding the application of these terms, gift eligibility, substitutions, and stock availability shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
