SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time will depend from which country you order (around 12-15 business days). After the payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and we make an effort to ship your order the same day if your order is made before 1pm (this excludes weekends and national holidays). During the holiday season shipping time may take longer. There can always be exceptions e.g. extreme weather conditions, overload at couriers due to Covid-19 etc.
As soon as your placed the order, you will receive a confirmation message from us with all necessary information.
We can also ask your about hair and skin type in order to check whether you have chosen the right products for yourself. Our assistance with the selection of care is completely free.
Please note that according to our promotion Shipping rates are FREE for orders over € 85 across EU countries (excluding Greece, Cyprus, Malta).
To inform you that there is additional payment for delivery to Greece, Cyprus and Malta (from €19,5 to €50 depending on the size of the package).
There are also restrictions on delivery to islands in Spain, France and Portugal.
Such delivery requires a customs declaration, which must be paid for by the buyer. The cost of the declaration is 52 euros.
Also, in case of delivery to islands (e.g. Azores, Canary Islands, Madeira, Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Martin, Mayotte, Reunion), the buyer will be asked for additional documents for dispatch, the cost of which will be borne by the buyer. All additional costs for dispatch to the islands are the responsibility of the buyer.
Free delivery of 85€ or more only applies to products that are in stock in Europe.
The free delivery policy does not apply to products in the "pre-order" category
We work with several well known carriers as in GLS, PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. All our shipments include a track&trace number so you can follow your package.
Exclusive Cosmetics are committed to selling only high-quality original Japanese brand products. We employ several quality checks before a product is processed and shipped.
If any concerns arises regarding your order (e.g. you have received a wrong or damaged product), contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please do so to be eligible for a free exchange with the same product, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 14 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product.
The shipping fee for returned orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted in your order form. Exclusive Cosmetics is not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the carrier.
Exclusive Cosmetics is not responsible in the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. If the package is returned to Exclusive Cosmetics due to the customer not picking up the package at a delivery point, the shipping fee for resending the order will be charged on the customer.
