SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and is approximately 12–15 business days.
After payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed, and we make every effort to ship your order on the same business day if it is placed before 1:00 PM (CET). This excludes weekends and national holidays.
During holiday seasons, delivery times may take longer. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or courier service overload.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary information. Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
We may contact you to ask about your hair or skin type in order to ensure that you have selected the most suitable products. Our assistance with product selection is completely free of charge.
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
According to our promotion, shipping is FREE for orders over €85 within EU countries, excluding Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
For deliveries to Greece, Cyprus and Malta, an additional shipping fee applies, ranging from €19.50 to €50, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Free delivery for orders over €85 applies only to products that are in stock in Europe.
Deliveries outside the EU and to special territories
Deliveries to destinations that are not part of the EU customs territory are treated as exports from the European Union.
This includes deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Moldova, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Norway and Iceland, as well as to certain European islands and special territories such as the Azores, Canary Islands, Madeira, islands of Spain, France and Portugal, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Martin, Mayotte and Réunion.
For these destinations, an export declaration (customs export clearance) is required. The standard cost of the export declaration is €52. Upon arrival in the destination country or territory, the shipment may be subject to local import procedures.
Please note that additional customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or courier handling fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities or courier services and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are advised to check possible import charges and customs requirements according to their local legislation before placing an order.
Customs duties and import charges
To keep product prices as competitive as possible, import-related charges are not included in product prices or calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or courier clearance fees, if applicable, are assessed separately according to the destination country’s regulations.
Import charges may vary depending on local laws and courier policies and are outside of our control.
Deliveries to the United States (USA)
Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL Express.
All shipments to the USA are treated as international commercial imports and require customs clearance by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Starting from 2026, all commercial shipments, regardless of value, are subject to mandatory customs clearance. Upon arrival in the USA, all import-related charges, including customs duties, taxes and courier processing fees, must be paid by the recipient.

Carriers and tracking
We work with several well-known carriers, including GLS, PostNL, NovaPost, DHL, DPD and UPS.
All shipments include a track & trace number, allowing you to follow your parcel at all times.
Quality control
Exclusive Cosmetics is committed to selling only high-quality, original Japanese brand products. Each order undergoes several quality checks before processing and shipment.
Returns and delivery responsibility
If you have any concerns regarding your order, including receiving an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
This is required to be eligible for an exchange, replacement or refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
The shipping fee for returned orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Exclusive Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or missing parcels, or errors made by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected by the recipient or due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee for resending the order will be charged to the customer.
